Life can get in the way sometimes and then there is a need to remember to be connected. Anytime the mood strikes for sure, but big props to morning sex when there's time! Well-rested/less tired/have more energy. Plus you can hop in the shower and get all clean and refreshed after... what a way to start the day!!
