Review Team JnWputer Posted October 10, 2014 Review Team Report Share Posted October 10, 2014 I have someone I work with that does half if not less then the work I do, I said something to my boss and I get an email to both of us that the work needs to be shared and not one person doing all the work. I'm still doing all of the work.I messed up 2 yrs ago and had to confront a person on it. Like Dude let it go.....felt bad and emailed a card to him so he would have that to make fun of too.Mom got a new car and the thing won't start if she comes to my job and then she's stuck in the parking lot.....2 weeks old and has been in the shop 3 times and no one seems to care when she goes there and I have to listen to her rant and rave.( I know that's my job as her daughter)My husband is not working hasn't been for 2 months and seems quite happy to be that way, but if I say honey I need you to take me out, It's like mission impossible.I have a teenage daughter who like every other teenage daughter hates me.Like can I get a tropical island where I can sip frozen drinks and have someone fan me and tell me how beautiful I am and the he wants to take care of me?Thank you in advance for reading my rant. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Glad to see I'm not the only one having days that everything seems to just go the wrong way. The only thing that gets me through work is I have one person who I can talk to about it. You are defiantly not the only person who has those days. I wish you pease through it all.JnWputer oh yes I can hear the sarcasm. Remember this make you all that much more valuable.I am working in a place that has difficulties with ethical behavior with many members of it's staff. There are big divisions in the workplace. It is the most unfriendly place I have ever worked. I am always happy to leave for the day. This is only a temporary position until I can find a better environment to work in. I tried to leave and they gave me a computer and said I could work from home......so I do but there are days when you are like you can't be that special. The leader of the organization proceeds to berate, call names and bully everyone on staff. He sets about pitting one person against the other. Having been in a very,positive work environment for the 20+ years prior I was shocked and appalled. This is not an emotionally safe place to work at. But today the guard I'm working with is in an upset mood and hasn't said a single word. I work 8 straight hours with this person today. Tyger Posted December 23, 2014 Report Share Posted December 23, 2014 Thankfully, I'm on a 2 week break. This time of year at a school seems bad. At least the 3 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Kids are getting excited and ornery. Parents are getting frustrated at their kids, so they're going to take it out on people that they think they can. Parents also seem to think that being 45 minutes late picking up their kids is OK, since, apparently, I'm a babysitter when everyone goes home. So, I've threatened calling the police the next time it happens. Yep, that was last week. Teachers are getting frustrated at lack of parental caring, until they realize that their kids may fail, then all of a sudden, the report cards, progress reports, and notes home don't mean anything. It's the small lightbulb that goes off above the parent's heads. Duh.Teachers think I can whip items up they need out of thin air, and forget it takes 2 weeks to get anything ordered, IF, and it's a big IF, the item gets approved.Thank goodness it's Winter Break and I can just chillax!! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
