Didn't Pamela have her imprants removed? I also have no problem with women going for a" Lift " later in life. That is different than augmentation. And, I will never understand women wanting bigger ones to make clothes fit better. Most designers make clothes for flat chested women, and most of the models you see are A or B cup at the very max.
