Would you have any other suggestions instead of Bengay, that would create a warm/hot sensation on the genitalia, without the deep burning sensation that may/will cause? What about men? Could it be applied in small amounts (small areas)? Like just a dab on the shaft only? Or just the area by the crown of the penis?
