The OB said she should avoid laying flat on her back for any length of time after week 20. I know at some point my wife's belly might get in the way and some positions aren't going to be comfortable. Ladies who have been pregnant, I'm looking for your opinions - which positions worked best for you? Was there something that was particularly enjoyable?
