Bondage Tape

I am starting a new chapter in the bedroom and getting into bondage. My boyfriend and I have tried rope, scarves, belts and a few other items. I was searching online and saw a site that has bondage tape, that is not suppose to stick to the skin.

Has anyone tried it and if so does it work the way they state it does.

I have indeed tried bondage tape, in fact, I have a lot of experience with it. I would caution that it is not for beginners. While it doesn't stick to the skin - as in like a duct tape would - it does stick to ITSELF - making it very tight around your wrists, ankles or whatever you are using it to tie up. It can be hard to release in an emergency - cutting through it can be a pain because it adheres so close to the skin.

I am not saying to NOT get bondage tape, but I think since you are new to bondage, that I would stay away from the more advanced products and maybe ease yourself in with some Japanese Bondage Rope, or some nice restraints. If you get futher into the game, then invest in the tape.

That is just my "expert" opinion here.

I have also used the bondage tape. We've used it to tie my wrists and also as a quick gag. It doesn't stick to skin or hair at all, but it does stick to itself. And like Mikayla said it's not super easy to get out of. You might want to build up to it, or just start with small amounts. Try just the hands or something to get used to it. But in my experience it does work exactly like they say.

Bondage tape can be very good. As the others have said, it's tough to take off. We use a 'seatbelt cutter' purchased at an auto parts store to cut thru the tape when we're done. Its faster than scissors and doesn't have pointy ends that can cut accidentally.

bondagejunkie... yes, it's great for a 'quick gag'. I prefer to be gagged inside my mouth, but sometimes when I'm making a lot of noise and my hb has to do something so the neighbors won't call the police, he'll slap a piece of bondage tape over my mouth and bring the noise level down to acceptable levels.
