I would say the taste is sort of like that gum, Big Red, not too hot though. The flavor lasted a long time - but it does fade before the lube gives out. As for me reapplying it, I gave my hubby a 35-40 minute oral love fest that night - so I don't expect that many lubes would hold up THAT long!
