So much energy where to start? The fact that she is willing to have sex with you and this amazing sleeve with the additional bells and whistles does say she is open to new experiences.

I apologize for delay in reply, but you can search for “girth enhancing sleeve”, then you will have to decide with head exposed or not, or ribbed, or vibrating egg, there are many options. And many advantages.
