Newbie skierguy101 Posted September 14, 2006 Newbie Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 so im trying to figure out how prevent soreness after sex. how do you reduce soreness after sex? and why does this happen to females? is it directly related to the type of sex you are having? hard vs. slow? haha this is for my girlfriend, not me : P
Members Mikayla1
GREAT answer Howard! I would only ask one mor thing - how often are you having sex and is your gf new to sex (i.e. you are her first partner)? If she is having a lot more sex (or sex in general) and is not used to it, this can lead to soreness - she will just have to work into it. Of course, if you are not using LUBE you should be. Even hot and horny new couples need and can use lube - especially if you are having marathon sessions. Mikayla
Members nosleepnmesa
I agree with the other post. I will also admit that I have been sore before to. Exspecially after marathon sessions or a few toys even with lots of lube. The soreness is easy to work threw, I only get sore when I decided or my hubby decides it is going to be a rough night Which is great for the stress relieve factor. Also yes alot of foreplay will help alot to exspecially as the others have said she may also be tighting up. Anyway good luck to you both and keep us posted. Mikaylahaha well, this is kind of after the fact. my gf is not here currently. shes gone to school for the year and wont be back for a visit until december. we weren't going out for that long, only a couple of months and we had sex only a couple of times. it was also the first time for both of us. haha we did just about everything else a lot more. im thinking mostly it is due to both of us being so new to the whole thing. i guess im just trying to find a way to reduce it for future times : ] I agree with the other post. If she is not relaxed, her PC muscles will be tight, and the amount of friction you both experience will increase. You can help her, and you, avoid the soreness, by spending more time with foreplay, including oral sex. If she has several orgasms during " foreplay" , either from manual, or oral stimulation, she is more likely to relax those PC muscles, she will be more lubricated with her own juices, and she will be much more sensitive to all contact, including intercouse, and will be able to reach orgasm during intercourse sooner, and more often. The more orgasms she has, the wetter she will stay, and the more relaxed those PC muscles will remain, allowing you to move back and forth, or around exciting her, and finally helping you reach your climax(es) . Artificial lubes are great, and should be near by so that they can be employed if either of you feels dry. Water is easily absorbed into the skin, of both you and your lover, and some of it evaporates as a result of heat generated by friction during love making, too. Going " Dry " is not uncommon an experience. But, being forwarned is to be fore armed, so just keep a bottle or tube of lube handy and don't let it worry either of you. With young people, they are too eager to get down to intercourse, and rarely take enough time playing and engaging in foreplay. The body doesn't work as fast as the brain does, so just slow down that approach to it all and have fun. We have written numerous posts here telling readers how to increase foreplay, and make it part of how you two relate to each other, even when you have your clothes on during the entire day. Check them out. If you don't ge some good ideas about how to improve your Sex life, please let me know.
