Members Susan James
You use it anyway and then either return it or take it to the local library and leave it on a bookshelf for someone else to use.
Members TittyKitty
With the amount of items and toys that I have, I can say yes, I have received a few that did not work, or were broken on arrival. Fortunately TT has a very understanding return policy. You just need to contact them and inform them of the situation and the condition of the item, and they will usually have you send it back and replace it with a new one. Now usually this is provided that the item has not been used, tampered with. Hope this helps.

One was stuffed with a huge deposit. 1
