Newbie cjsw Posted February 3, 2008 Newbie Report Share Posted February 3, 2008 I am a 49 year old female and my problem is that I can only orgasm when I am on top. I remember my first orgasm many many years ago. I was actually on the bottom. I had a few when I was on the bottom, but that has been so long ago. Now don't get me wrong.....my orgasms when I'm on top are pretty darn good and I have multiple....sometimes ten or more....if I'm on top. So, you're probably wondering why I'm complaining....and I wouldn't call it complaining....just wondering what the heck is going on. I've tried everything. Members Mikayla1
First, honey this is not a 'problem' per se, especially if you can have 10 orgasms in a row! That is something many posters would KILL for! What you have is a location situation. I would suggest to you that your orgasms are only happening on top because you get clitoral stimulation by rubbing yourself against his pelvic arch. Have you tried manual stimulation while on the bottom? He or you can rub your clit, or use a toy, to help with that. Or, he can lie on you, and rub his pelvic arch against you that way as well. Now, if you are trying clitoral stimulation and still not gettting them on the bottom, I am perplexed, unless you are having your G-Spot stimulated on top. What other positions have you tried? Do you masturbate? Do you use toys?

I can have an orgasm and as soon as I "recover" and start riding again, it's just a few seconds before I'm having another. Believe me, there are times I am exhausted after sex..... Members Mikayla1
I wasn't suggesting you were complaining -not at all! OK, let us figure this out. When you masturbate, how are you doing it? In a hurry? Taking your time? Use toys? read my articles on Masturbation and orgasm - that might help. The key to successful orgasms in any position is 'self cultivation'- i.e. masturbation and clitoral stimulation.Do you somehow feel uncomfortable on the bottom? Do you do other positions? Does your partner touch you when you are making love?I think you might have to spend some time reinvestigating yourself during solo play - so that you can get out of the 'top only' mindset! Or, switch it up, try being on top, have a few, then go on the bottom or doggy or another position.
Members jennycherie
Being on top used to be the main way I would orgasm during intercourse. Is it possible you are "clenching" a little and not allowing yourself to relax in other positions? Also, a bullet or egg shaped vibrator on the clit during intercourse (especially missionary or missionary with pillows under the tush) makes things MUCH easier for me!
