I have notice that my legs/muscles are sore..for days after I use it...should I be worried or discontinue its use?
Members thurisas
More information would be helpful. What sort of pain? How are your orgasms? Powerful? Weak? Do you clench your muscles? I can see a couple of things happening here based off of the limited information. One, you could be having some very powerful orgasms that are causing you to tighten those muscles and giving them a workout. Two, your breathing coupled with the clenching of muscles is not supplying enough oxygen to those muscles to help them work properly. Hope this helps a bit.Thurisas. Members masquedxangel
If you lay on your back, chances are that you're drawing your knees back and your muscles are clenching. If those muscles clench and you don't notice, they'll end up straining and be sore. So just make sure you try to keep yourself more relaxed in the future and the soreness will stop. I used to do the same thing so I recognize it lol!
Members Mikayla1
Both previous posters are right on. When a woman orgasms, her muscles tighten and release until the o passes. Also, many women (including me) like to grind their hips, move their legs, tighten and release their muscles - and all of this activity can definitely strain your muscles.
