How do I prepare for self anal fisting???

I must admit, this is something that I do not have personal experience with, nor do I really want to. I suppose, from what I read, the most important thing when anal fisting, is to always take your time in stretching the anal canal. If you rush into it - no matter what you are putting in there - finger, hand, dildo, fist - you have to make sure there is enough lube, enough time to stretch the membranes and NO PAIN!
