It was there and now it's gone. I changed my pic thinking it needed to be updated or something. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help. If so, click on the MY CONTROLS link found under the grey navigation bar at top. Once there, look on the left column for EDIT AVATAR link. Click it, and you can upload your own file there. Now a new problem. when you click on the drop down menu by my name or when it shows I have visited someones profile, my old picture is showing up and it is skewed. What's going on there?
