I know all too well the stigma that comes with seeing a therapist but its is such an archaic way of thinking .     it's very sad but yes many of us girls are forced at a very young age useally by a family member which makes it so much more devastating to us because we have always trusted them and when they break that trust like that we don't Know how to respond or act around them and that's extremely confusing to a really young mind
