Ok!! since I didnt have any home work on last friday, and the kids were at my best friend house. My update re: vaginal dryness I stop taking the meds everyday, and I change my soap that i use when showering. My husband said he notice a difference with my vagina when i would get out of the shower, so far this week it has been Magnificent!!! lol.
@ladylove yes I am back in school working towards my Masters in Couseling its does take a toll on me. I am trying to change the way I study so that I can have a little more time for me and my family.
I just want to say thanks to you all for all the advice. So now time for some new toys!! yea!!!!!!!!!

Ok i been taking wal-tin(claritin) and mucinex for about 2 weeks. I have increase my water within the last two days. I will let you all know what the outcome is after this weekend. My husband says it could be from lack of sleep also. (I A STUDENT TOO)? THANKS!

OK!! This is so new to me and I am a liitle worried. Lately after my cycle has ended I tend to have vaginal dryness. I am not sure if its because of the tylenoi I take for back,or my age. Please help me!!. Oh and I have been taking meds for allergies could this all play a factor with my body? Thank you!!!!!!

Hello I did get a chance to see Dr.Berman on Oprah some really good stuff to hear.
