    what?! wow i thought mervyn's was everywhere (although now that i think of it i remember that they're name is technically Mervyn's California) a few years ago they were under ownership of Marshall Fields (Target) but Target dumped them and went solo. i read in the paper that they are going out of business :( i LOVE their underwear and bras. my favorite brand is actually MAIDENFORM. sooo comfy and smooth feeling <3 anyway yeah mervyn's is basically like uhhhhh jc penny or Macys or something like that...

    i've never had a problem with decent knockoffs (department store knockoffs) however i cant use the cheap stuff they have in places like Forever 21 or Choice or places like that...

    Frederick's stuff is quite big on me, i have some of their garter belts and i had to alter them on my sewing machine because even with the smallest size the waist was still WAY too big for me :(

    I'd LOVE to have that problem, LOL-I think. Some days I like all my voluptuous curves and some days I would love to be thin. Depends I guess on where I'm going and what I'm going to be wearing. I just turned 40 and some days-usually when we are going out with our younger friends-I really miss my late 20's body. :rolleyes:

    i actually like the mervyn's knockoffs better than the original victoria's secret XD

    they tend to not have that annoying seam that goes down the center of the crotch >.<

    I wish I could wear knock offs. They don't seem to hold up as well for me. Believe me I DO NOT like spending $50 for a bra, but when I buy knock offs, they last for about a month then I have to buy more. It's cheaper on me to buy VS or Frederick's bras and spend the $50 and have them last 6-8 months than to spend $12-$20 on a knock off and have to buy new one's monthly. :(

    I like Mervyn's for clothes though. I haven't bought anything from them lately because I don't live near one anymore.

    Have you seen the new "very sexy" and "Boudoir" collection from Victoria Secret? I love them. Check it out and let me know what you think.

    I wear the Very Sexy or the Body By Victoria line all the time, they are my FAVORITE. I swear I spend a small fortune annually at VS. :P

    I couldn't find the Boudoir Collection though, do you have a link??

    Thanks all. I know that she used me...thats why we don't get along too well...ok one of the reasons why.

    I went to the appts. myself...but I certainly don't remember signing anything...I'll just wait till I get the original clinic bill and see what it says.

    As for turning her into the SS agency...I know I should...but I hate court and legal things...and yes even though she has done this and so much more to me.......she's still my mom. I don't want to start a huge mess...and I know she wouldn't have kept recipts of the things she spent my money on.

    This is one of those things that I wonder if its easier to try and forget about. Me just pay the damn bill if she won't when I prove to her the date of service.....and then move on.

    My councelor wonders if I should just keep peace with them and only associate with them to be nice.....or if I should just put them out of my life. She said this due to the other shit my family has pulled on me...and she means forgeting the whole family and moving on. But she says I may be too young to be able to do that because I'm not married and I may have to rely on my family in the future....

    I don't rely on my family...and never have and never will. Can't trust them. I know I should just pay this and forget and move on and get them out of my life so they can't use me again....

    But I'm not sure how to do that, honestly.

    This kind of stuff irks the hell out of me!

    Contacting the Social Security Office would definitely cause your Mother some problems. You have to do what you feel is right for you. It sounds like paying off the bills yourself might be the best answer. Beleieve me, I understand. My Mother went through 85k of my son's college fund that my Grandfather left him when he died. She was the executor of the estate and has a gambling problem. Now the money is gone and my son is stuck working his way through college and taking out student loans. It wasn't supposed to be that way and I went through hell to ensure that he would have this money to go through college. Now it was all for nothing. She's still my Mother though and I'm not willing to file suit against her and cause her misery at this stage in her life.

    As Rep Payee for your Social Security check, there are rules about what she can spend it on. She can only take out a certain percentage of the total check for household expenses. The rest has to be spent on you and she has to prove it was spent on you by keeping receipts, etc. If you wanted to push it, you could call your local social security office and explain the situation about the medical bills and that you were not receiving any of your check. They will investigate it and take it from there. Your Mom was not entitled to that money for her own personal use. It was to be spent on you.

    Wow! I've done most of the things mentioned. (Yayyy me)

    I want to have full blown anal sex with DH. We're going to be working on that.

    A FMF with the right person. We did one (sort of) while he was home on leave that was unplanned (too much alcohol while skinny dipping in the pool) but it was with one of my GF's of 20 years. LUCKILY our friendship survived that, although she was wierded out about it for about 3 weeks. I'm still trying to block that night out of my head!! LOL.

    When I was in college, I started dating this baseball player that was younger than me. I really wanted to give him a nice romantic night so I had candles going all over the room, wine, and music playing. We're into it hot and heavy and I'm giving him head. Well I was tired of being in the position I was in as my legs were starting to cramp so I decided to change positions. As I was moving I had a full blown cramp.     thanks everyone! i guess we'll just have to give it a go, or rather i'll wait till shes more willing/interested in doing it again. oh, i was wondering about fingering the anus. are there better ways or methods to go at it? i read all the articles here and read tristan taormino's guide to anal sex, but couldnt find a better description of how to begin. like rubbing around the anus? or inserting a finger. what things feel good?

    From one lonely birthday girl to another-HAPPY BIRTHDAY! The cake is beautiful. I hit 40 today and DH is still in Iraq. So here I sit on my 40TH birthday drinking sangria (alone) and surfing the net. I really can't wait til he's home. It sucks celebrating your birthday without your best friend.

    Hello everyone! I've been MIA for awhile, but DH came home on R/R and life was GOOD! We had a great time and some new experiances-some good, some disappointing-that's another story though. I was so tired it took a week to recover. I swear, we did more in the 15 days that he was home than I've done in 9 months that he's been gone. I was worn out and so I caught up on some much needed rest. The kids also started back to school duiring this time so I've had to establish a new routine for us and am just now checking in. I've missed everyone and hope to catch up on everything going on here. I've missed you guys!!
