I can say I don’t understand them. These beads are made of a soft but firm jelly material so they don’t bunch up while inside. It also makes them much easier to clean. They also have a retrieval ring so that they can easily be removed. To try these I cleaned them very well with hot soapy water, using anti bacterial soap. Then I covered them with lube, the first few beads were easy to insert but after that it became to difficult so I just stopped and removed them. For me these did nothing but make me uncomfortable. For those that like beads Go ahead give them a try, The retrieval ring worked well and they seemed to stay in place very well. They were also very easy to clean.
