The penis is a muscle needing excercise to get blood flow like other muscles in the gym. I do it in the shower for a few minutes or watch a short stimulating video on youtube. Also kegel excercises. Do those. In addition, i recommend over all excercises of the body, eating a good diet like the mediteranian, and try for at least 7 hrs sleep. Good health is preventive. I am using generic viagra some when i know we gonna do it but i found myself getting erections for a couple more days after taking one.
