As part of a recent toy purchase, I received a freebie kit that included a flogger. Tried using it on my wife and she seemed to enjoy it. So I've taken to trying to build a few DIY floggers. Next on the DIY list is one made of RED Paracord and a metal ring. Went to Home Depot to purchase the necessary supplies... final cost? $6.66
