Maybe i am not giving it a chance but , though I enjoy the feeling of penetration and a vibe around the anus, I can’t seem to be able to make the feel more pleasurable. I have tried different sized dildos (length and girths) and shapes (prostate massagers), vibes, dildos and plugs. I too have a personality disorder and have been to many doctors, therapists, witch doctors and whoever will listen to me. It is despicable what people do to children and go unpunished. In my case, i do not have multiple personalities per se, but i am “moody “ according to some. Almost like a bipolar personality. I take medicine to help me with depression but refuse to take more or other drugs because i want to have a semi normal life not live in a zombie, numb state. I am extremely fortunate that both me and my wife are professional health care workers and understand each other’s emotional trauma imposed by selfish, evil adults who were supposed to take care of us and hurt us instead. Some knowingly and some by forcing their narrow-minded beliefs.

To enjoy sex you must be drunk? Why? What happens when you have sex sober? Do you feel sex is “dirty” or is it physically painful or do you have a self image problem? Talk to a good psychiatrist who can diagnose your condition and medicate you if needed then have him refer you to a good therapist who can teach you the way to enjoy life-specially your sex life.

I know this topic is very old but for the sake of new members, i had to add some info. There is a formulary mix (generic) that can be injected at the base of the shaft. It does not hurt and the amount is very small (literally the size of a teardrop) and the needle is so thin, i have trouble seeing it (size 28g i think) no pain, just a strange pressure when it hits the cavernosa. I am on my second injection, so i am still trying to figure out the correct dose for me (tritetion). Started with Trimix formulation at .10 ml (cc) but I almost ended in the Emergency room. Erect for 2.5 hours and semi erect for another hour even after putting an icepack on my dick. Per Doctor’s order, i cut down to .8 ml with similar results but semi erect for only 30 minutes. I tried a cheap one which broke right away (wires ripped from the butt plug. Haven’t looked to see if it is repairable). I think it had potential as the sensations were different than a vibrator. I mentioned on another post that I don’t get a lot of pleasure from inserting anything in my rectum. Doesn’t feel great but it doesn’t bother me either.
