24M, I had complications during my birth and had to have my testes removed, which resulted in a micro. My gf and I still find ways to stimulate each other, but every sex toy or extender I find seems to revolve around having a longer fellow or requires testes to hold the toy in place. I use satisfyers and sections to get the job done but it's becoming lack luster. I have a strap on that we use sometimes to help stimulate an actual sex feeling, but it doesn't really do anything for *me*.
