  1. False, at the moment TPBM is ready for a nap
  2. Yeah, her therapist says she's doing pretty good. I give la nina the credit for that. She still has her moments, but she really is a good kid. She still has the nightmares, though. I really wish those would stop. I hate how scared she gets
  3. VERY TRUE, lol! TPBM can't wait for monday
  4. Wow, she's beautiful! I love the second photo, you can really see her markings. Congrats on your new baby!
  5. So I'm sitting at home today, admittedly doing nothing, and la nina's school nurse calls. She says I have to come get her because she threw up on herself and another student. I start thinking about all kinds of stuff, "Is she okay?", "Did she eat something funky?", "Is she getting sick?". What I assume is the usual stuff. I grab a change of clothes for her and head off to the school. When I get to the nurse's office, I find my soon to be step-daughter smelling gross but looking fine. She even throws on the huge grin when she sees me and waves wildly (Like I don't know where she is, the goofball ) Well, whatever. While la nina's changing in the bathroom, I ask the nurse what happened. She says she doesn't know because no one but the two girls were involoved and no one else saw anything. Unfortunately the other girl was crying so hard no one could get anything out of her (she had apparently thrown up in response to being thrown up on, so she was covered twice as bad) and la nina just keeps saying she doesn't know. So I ask la nina what happened on the way home. She looks at me all wide-eyed, and I tell her I'm not mad or anything, I just need to be sure she's okay. So then it comes out... The other girl is in la nina's class. She walked up after lunch and announced to la nina that she knew what a uvula was (for reference, it's the little dangly bit all the way in the back of your throat). She then said that if la nina would open her mouth, the little girl would "show" her where it was. Yeah. The rest, as they say, is history. At least she won't do that again! I know. Completely useless story, but I just felt like I had to share. I just wonder what oddball idea she and her classmates will come up with next .
  6. Warning: All of these oils are based in both Grape Seed AND Sweet Almond oils. If you have a sensitivity or allergy to almond, I would suggest skipping this kit. A sensual massage should not end with either party needing an EpiPen. This being my first Kama Sutra product, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was happy to find that this little kit packs a nice punch! Each contained in a 2oz. bottle, the kit contains five different scented massage oils: Healing Blend and Serenity both have a musky scent, Sweet Almond is self-explanatory, Pleasure Garden’s main note is roses, and Soaring Spirit is most definitely mint based. All in all, a great range. The scent is a bit strong when first applied, but it mellows out over time so don’t worry. The only thing I might change would be the bottle. The oil seems to have a tendency to leak out from under the lid a bit. I definitely would not store these bottles on their sides. I’m also happy to report this is the first “toy” I have used with my SO (he’s not big into toys at all, though he doesn’t mind me having them)! We used the Healing Blend since the other scents were a little “girly” for him :-p. I started on him first, working on his back. After a few minutes, he started on my back. A few minutes after that, well… I’ll just say we were really enjoying ourselves It didn’t mark the sheets at all, which I was a little worried about. I loved the moisturizing aspect, too. A little while later we were watching television, and he kept rubbing my skin and saying how nice it felt. All told, a very positive experience, and I’ve only tried one so far. Four more experiences are still waiting for us, and just the thought gets ma a little excited. It also really makes me want to try the other products, too! Scentual massages await you
  7. First off, I’m not sure why he’s called ‘mini’. I would have called this one medium. Then again, I suppose ‘Mighty Medium Brute’ just doesn’t have the same ring to it. The second thing that I noticed was the smell. A strong grape-like plastic smell. Ew. Even after a few washings and some air time, it was still there. Oh, well. It happens, I suppose. Aside from that issue, it’s not really a bad little vibe. The multi-speed Brute runs on a single AA battery. It’s waterproof, which is always a plus. Its real claim to fame, though, is the removable rubber sleeve. It’s realistically shaped (although I can’t say realistically colored ) with some detailing. The speed differences are not particularly pronounced, but they are present. There's very little noise, even on the highest setting, which is always a plus in my book. I will admit it didn’t do much for me personally, and it probably wouldn’t rock a more experienced toy user’s boat either. The “head” is a bit too cushioned to do much for my g-spot, but it did okay for outside stimulation (which is how I ended up using it) even though I had to hit the highest setting. Now, I know I’m Little Miss Sensi-Clit who doesn’t usually turn her toys up all the way, so me turning to ‘high’ probably means it’s not all that strong. That being said, I think this would be a good toy for a beginner. It’s a pretty, unassuming vibe. There aren’t any bells or whistles, just a basic toy with a little extra. To mini or not to mini?
  8. I was intrigued when I first laid eyes on this toy. I had never used a ‘micro’ bullet before, but I was more than willing to try it. To be honest this thing had waaaay too much ‘oomph’ for me, but if you like strong pinpoint vibrations it may be right up your alley (so to speak) When I first got it, I noted the usual stuff. It has a soft coating, uses 2 AA batteries, no smell… Things like that. The controller is not too big and fits easily in the palm of your hand, and the battery door on the back is attached. No pieces dropping off, yay! The cord seemed a little long, but I suppose that would make it easier for partner play. The micro-bullet is just that. It’s about as wide as your pinky finger and measures probably from the tip of your pinky to the second knuckle down. Even with it being that small it’s not hard to hold on to. The pack also says the bullet ‘heats up’. I managed to get it to heat up a bit when I was doing my initial look-over, though it took a few minutes for it to do so and it really wasn’t all that noticeable. The noise is negligable, too. Always a plus when you're not alone, so to speak. This toy may have only 2 speeds, but they are doozies. It honestly feels like they are ‘high’ and ‘higher’. Using it on my nipples wasn’t too bad. A little intense, but not overly so. It wasn’t until I tried it on my nethers that it was actually painful to me. I really think I now know what it would feel like to get my hoo-ha tattooed. I’m really sorry I can’t give a better, more in depth review on it, but I just could not take the power of the vibes. Like I said, if you like really powerful vibrations, this could be the toy for you. If you’re not into the strong stuff, I would advise you to leave this little guy be. Whisper Micro-Heated Bullet
  9. To be honest, I thought this little guy would turn out to be one of those novelty vibes. You know, the ones where you say, ‘Oh, that’s cute’, try it once, and then throw it in a box and never use it. Well, sometimes it’s the underdog that surprises you. This is obviously not a big vibe. Maybe a little wider than your thumb, this little purple cylinder packs a nice punch. The thing that surprised me the most was the ‘lipstick’ tip. Going from the picture, I assumed it would be a hard plastic. Nope, it’s actually a smooth, flexible rubber! Bonus! Soft is usually good for my sensitive nethers. It’s multi-speed and water-proof, so its got the bases covered there, too. It’s relatively quiet as far as vibes go, but I wouldn’t operate in a bathroom or any place that amplifies sound because other people will hear it. Unless that’s your thing, and in that case go for it! Now, about the batteries… This vibe runs on four LR44 button batteries (included). Two warnings: 1) The batteries come encased in a plastic sheath. Take it off! If you put them in with the sheath, you won’t get them out. I got lucky. 2) There is a little plastic film in the battery compartment that shows you how they are supposed to go in. Don’t throw that away. I know you can on some vibes, but this is not one of them. If you take it out before putting the batteries in, the vibe just goes and you can’t turn it off. Other than that, you should be fine. Even though I still stick to the lower settings, I have truly become a fan of this little guy. He’s a nice, sweet, simple vibe. He doesn’t have lights or 9 different pulse settings. He’s not fancy (well, the shiny purple might be considered fancy, I don’t know). He may not look like much, but he’s certainly good to have around in a moment of need. He does a darn good job for me personally and I think he’s going to be following me around for along time to come (pun intended, of course ) Support your local underdog!
