  1. It sounds like you a have a fissure which is a crack in the rectum. I had this several years ago- not from anal sex- it just formed and can come on like hemmoroids sometimes do. The treatment which I took is an ointment with nitroglyceron in it. It started to heal almost immediatly and was pretty much totally healed within a few weeks! The ointment was created to treat heart patients and is applied to the chest for those patients. You need to use a DILUTED version of this ointment. BE SURE TO USE THE DILUTED VERSION- It has 1/10 the percentage of nitroglyceron as the heart ointment does. The pharmancy mixes it special for this treatment purpose and you aplly to the rectum outside and inside with your finger- you use gloves to apply- it is powerful stuff even in a diluted state- it aborbes through the skin almost immediately. I think any rectal surgeon is aware of this new treatment and I would expect them to prescribe this as normal protocol. Surgery is the last resort. The ointment works becasue it increases blood flow to the rectum and relaxes the muscle tisuue there which allows the tissue to heal. Also you'll find it gives you a head rush for a few mintes and may cause a headache for a little while but it works! Good Luck!
