Would it be better to be open about my bi-sexuality with my gf, who is not a fan of gay/bi men? Or keep quiet?

I am local to socal, upper desert areas. I'm wondering if any other locals come on here, if so , other than on here is there a local forum for ppl of the lifestyle to meet or communicate through?
