I would lick it a little for fun and to get the pre-cum off of it. But it was easier to just get it a couple of inches from my mouth and stroke off. I found it easier to get very close to ejaculation before putting my legs up so that a couple of licks, a gentle suck and a few solid strokes would make me cum.
