Filled out the proper forms and sent in all the packing slips.2 items were returned due to the fact that they quit working.1 never really worked, it was a twist battery closure issue.1 I just didnt like and returned for store credit.The box came in today with the replacement items. But no packing slip. So I was wondering how do I find out about the store credit and are these recements no longer under the 1 year guarentee (since you have to return them with a packing slip)??I was actually suprised at how fast the items came back to me... and am very happy that this site has such great customer service.I was just wondering if they normally send back with no packing slips or what others have experienced when doing returns.
