Well that was only partially true there is a lot of sex (Threesomes both 2 guys 1 girl, 2 girls 1 guy, 2 girls, and a bi-racial scene.) Surprisingly enough there is a plot to boot. The plot is definitely a little far fetched in what should have been a comedy and for some unknown reason the director read the script as a drama.
The movie is about a man ICU naked Marvin, who is obsessed with nurses. He loves to watch 2 nurses together (voyeurism) as he masturbates, He dresses up like a patient just so he can have a nurse give him a sponge bath, and he also dresses up like a Dr. just to be around nurses.
That is until a real emergency happens and a patient needed help. That is when the cat is let out of the bag and the hospital realizes he is not a real Doctor and it is just a disguise.
The hospital lets him off the hook on one condition he seeks help for his obsession. He reluctantly agrees to participate in an experimental treatment for sex addicts.
The basis of the movie had me interested I have to admit. So we eagerly slipped the DVD into the player and sat back in anticipation of some good porn, which usually turns into great sex. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my house on that particular night. The premise of the movie seemed very good. What we watched was more like porn and a horror movie at once. I found it to be a very strange combination and not very sexy. So it pretty much did nothing for me. The blood and gore that was associated with sex was done so that ICU Naked Marvin would not want to have sex with nurses or anyone else for that matter. Every time he was aroused to have sex he became sick, which according to his doctor cured him of his fetish for nurses. All the while, one particular nurse felt sorry for him and tried to save Marvin and rescued him from never having sex again.
What the movie wound up doing was turning us in to Marvin before he was saved. We couldn’t get the images out of our heads and needless to say turned us off instead of on like porn should do. (At least for a little bit…. until the movie was over.)
The bottom line is if you love those little uniforms and white hats with just a touch of blood and gore then this is a perfect movie for you.
