Hello Members, This afternoon around 2pm we sent out notice to all of our newsletter subscribers that we were giving this product away for free. This promotion was not publicized on our website because we wanted to give our loyal newsletter subscribers the first chance to get this item before we sold out. We expected this inventory to last at least 3 or 4 days. Well, it has only been about 8 hours and we are very close to selling out. It is almost unbelievable. I know many people will be really disappointed that they will not have the chance to take us up on this offer. We will continue to work on bringing our customers other great promotions like this one in the future. Many thanks go out to all of the customers who ordered an extra item or two with their freebie. Very good question. We have done this for a few products that we have had trouble getting in all colors in the past. For example, the Fun Factory Smartballs are very hard to get in, never mind to get them in the color we need. So, by saying you will be getting a color of choice, this makes it easier for us to get stock in and not have to worry about running out of specific colors. Rob

Thank you! We have the interests of the board in mind, not any individual person. I recognize that some of you might not be hearing the full story. I see the full picture. I see all the feedback that comes in from members as well as people that just pass by the board. You have put your trust into the admins to make decisions that will make this board a better place. Not everyone will agree with all of our decisions. With all of the different personalities on the board I do not expect everyone to agree with me. Decisions are made for what we think is for the betterment of the board. I will not compromise my standards for anyone. Not one person is above the code and conduct for what we expect from our members. For new people reading this... this was not a quick rush to judgement. I simply cannot say that enough. Rob

Hi Cherie, lol, classic movie. This is a new product and we didn't start shipping them out until this past Tuesday. It is a couple of inches tall, includes batteries, is multi-speed and is pretty powerful. Meaghan and Emily said they were surprised at the power for such a little fellow. I hope this info helps.
