Members ladylove Posted January 5, 2010 Members Report Posted January 5, 2010 Getting busy outside the bedroom helps you get busy inside of it — in more ways than one.Regular exercise boosts circulation, tones the body, and primes the brain for sexual satisfaction. It gets your blood flow pumping, which not only creates rosy cheeks, but also improves arousal: Lubrication, genital sensation, and the tingle of sexual excitement are all fueled by good blood flow. Exercise also increases testosterone by adding muscle mass, taking your libido to new heights and improving body image. Fortunately, it also encourages a healthy body weight, for increased stamina and flexibility once your libido does perk up!Exercise is especially beneficial for women, since it relieves stress and can clear the brain of mental clutter — and when it comes to women and sex, it's all about the mindset. During exercise, endorphins bathe the brain, washing away tension and ushering in positive, empowered thoughts. In fact, some studies have shown that exercise is as effective as antidepressant medication in relieving the symptoms of depression. So the parallels are clear: Getting active means more endurance, more energy, and a body that learns to move in new ways. Exercise and sex are like two peas in a pod! Quote

After a 15 to 18 mile training run all I wanted was a shower, a beer, and FOOD! Quote
