Even at the lowest setting, the vibrations feel pretty strong to me. It took me longer than normal to orgasm with this, I tried to have a g-spot orgasm and it didn't work for me. There shouldn't be a ridge or seam on an adult toy that could make you sore. I have a toy similar to this one, and it's one of my faves, tried & true!
