It arrived in its own little cute case and has massage lotion to help ease on the ring. It does stretch and seems to hold up very well. However we found that is not very comfortable for a man who is well endowed. My hubby found it to be a little too tight, and uncomfortable. I personally did not notice a difference with this ring. I recommend if your hubby is well endowed to try to apply the ring before becoming erect it may be easier that way and make sure to use the massage lotion so the ring does not pinch the skin.
