The concept is great, a thick, jelly, stretchy cock ring for the shaft and a stretchy ring for your balls. So, if it is so stretchy, why does it hurt? Well, because it is about 1 inch wide and when you stretch it and place it on your shaft and it SNAPS down on you - it hurts! Also, getting it off was tricky. Once I got it on, decided it hurt too much to use, I had a hard time (no horrendous time) getting it off. I had to wiggle a finger between it and my shaft, I nailed myself (literally, with my fingernail) and then had to sort of roll it off - and it hurt!
