It is whisper quiet - really, so quiet you can barely hear it. However, don't let the quiet fool ya - the patented motor technology makes the entire thing vibrate. No more concentrated power at one end or the other - the whole thing gets it. Also, it is easy to use clitorally or during sex cause it is on the smaller side.Cons: if I had to search, I may say it is not the best insertable. It will and does vibrate your entire insides while you use it that way, which is awesome. I am not sure if that is really a con or not!
