No ONE method of Birth control is %100 percent effective. But using two methods, does increase your chances of safety. Using an additional contraceptive might help your boyfriend relax as well. You should plan on going to your Gynocologist or your local planned parenthood to talk about additional contraceptives. I.e. get a Depo shot, diaphram, women's condom, the pill, etc.

Yup, same story. Some are adjustable, and some aren't. I've had quite a variety, and I do prefer the adjustable. The ones that have the screw you can adjust are great. The clamp style is nice, but after awhile I always want it to ease up! You can also try Nipple Suckers if you want a similar sensation, but want a baby step approach. They don't stay on as well, but give the pulling/pressure feeling. Happy Clamping! -

A girlfriend of mine is trying to get pregnant and was told that using lube can act like a spermicide. Apparently it changes the PH of your cervical mucus. Obviously this isn't a birth control method, but I was curious if any had suggestions for her. She was recommended a lube, Pre-Seed, that's sperm friendly. Any suggestions?
