I returned 4 items last week. Filled out the proper forms and sent in all the packing slips. 2 items were returned due to the fact that they quit working. 1 never really worked, it was a twist battery closure issue. 1 I just didnt like and returned for store credit. The box came in today with the replacement items. But no packing slip. So I was wondering how do I find out about the store credit and are these recements no longer under the 1 year guarentee (since you have to return them with a packing slip)?? I was actually suprised at how fast the items came back to me... and am very happy that this site has such great customer service. I was just wondering if they normally send back with no packing slips or what others have experienced when doing returns.
