No matter how hard i try i still can't control how fast it happens. She would love it if i could last for 20-30 min. or so. please help. Members amwjb Posted June 28, 2006 Members Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 i watched a show once that had a man with the same thing going on. the sexperts had him do exercises just like a woman does. where he tightens up his muscles and releases them. they had him do them until he could raise and lower a wet towel on his penis. this is supposed to build up the muscles so that when you feel it beggining you can stop it.
