Getting a checkup from a good Gyn or OB specialist (man or woman)that she likes and trusts is another way of possibly finding the reason. Lack of some nutrient that women need. There are many things and ways to go. If she has a good woman phanrmacist she knows and can speak with freely then ask her. Discuss the diet &/or supplements she may take to get her feeling up to par. It could be any number of things. If she can speak freely with friends and discuss such problems then do it. When doing this take thought and remember that what may help one female may be just the thing another woman doesn't need!! I have never been one to beat around the bush but get to the point by speaking out. Others I know never uttered a peep and always had problems such as the one you ask about. We all have bodies supposedly the same but women as well as men all react differently to our work, surroundings, diets, mates,sexual habits etc. See what Jen has to say.
