Don’t turn it up to much it can hurt. I have stuck the pads in the place I figured would stimulate me to cum. I saw a tutorial online that shows several ways to place the pads. Most show them on the underside of the shaft, one close to the balls and the other close to the tip. I just got the unit for my leg cramps and shoulder pain, but I've been reading about it for insane orgasms. I think it would be more effective for a woman.
