The Dial measures lbs of pressure(vacuum) in the cylnder. I would not cum in this one, just because the cyberskin seems to be a bit tricky to clean deep in there. She did check me out and said it was a bit fuller than some days, but after about a month of use, 3 or so days a week, We have not noticed any length increase.
