Writing An Adult Film?

Ok, so I have this idea for a script for an adult film (I've decided to try my hand at screen writing, and before i jump head first into some massive opus that'll never sell, I want to write something salable but interesting)

And I want you ladies input on what you want more/less of in the adult film industry.

So my plot:

A sophisticated city woman (A successful artist) discovers that the very pretty boy who works at the bakery she goes to has fallen in love with her. She is currently unattached (either divorced, or recently broke up with lover) and she takes a shine to the beautiful but innocent young man. He's a fairly normal, rather unpolished fellow, a bit arrogant when it comes to women, even though he hasn't gotten very much attention in the past because he's too feminine looking for many women's tastes.

The sophisticated woman seduces him, makes him her "kept man", and sort of sexually awakens him in a French art film sort of way. She plays pygmalion, making this pretty boy into a sensual androgynous sex object. From the beginning she takes the lead in their sex life, which over the course of the film becomes increasingly kinky, while at the same time educating him in the social graces of her set, giving him books, lessons in art, etc, until he is finally almost totally estranged from his former self, a well known artist in his own respect, and her equal. At this point he feels the urge to escape her, because now he feels his own identity lost in the one she's helped create. He runs off to another city, where he has an affair with a man who reminds him of himself before the woman got ahold of him. The guy finds himself doing the same thing that was done to him to his new partner, and he realizes in the process that although he has some influence, his partner is more blossoming freed from certain repressions, rather than being forced to take on an identity, and so he runs off back to the woman to apologize, and thank her. She's obviously surprised to see him after a number of months, and they reconcile, after which he confesses to her about the lover he's acquired and she tells him to fetch him immediately. The lover arrives, and the woman approves of him, the three end up sharing an apartment and a life (with some hot sex scenes thrown in)

This seem really sound story wise which I feel is important to any film genre. This also seems like there is a verity of different sex scenes which is also good. So now that you've got the plot the next step is to make an out line. My screen writing prof. suggests getting note cards and writing a brief description of each scene on each note card. That makes it easier when it comes to writing the script. I wish you the best of luck in getting your idea off the ground.
