Its below the main pink bar that says articles & tips * sex toy reviews* etc It's above the please join our newsletter, enter email address here. Its the first button on the same line of buttons that shows you your controls, new posts, and messages. "Where should I be to post pics?"That depends on WHERE you want to post pics. If you are clicking the "Fast Reply" you will not find the Browse button. Try the "Add Reply" and look below the box you type into. Should be on the right hand side under the box. There are times such as right now that it doesn't show on mine either but I believe it just depends on the area you are replying to.
