This is a clip from my bill last month. Of course my first reaction was to call and ask them to test their meter. Their answer was for me to check my house for an appliance that was going bad. After running this through my ol' noodle for a minute I did some math.

Does this electric usage look incorrect to you as well?

we found our meter was messed up and giving low readings.... they fixed it and now we doubled our bill...

That is 1,000 units I had to pay for and it'll be a fight to get that credited back.
