It's designed to stretch and retract. After all, it's made to have a child pass thru it, and then contract back (cuz if it didn't, future children could fall out), right? Right. You won't stretch yourself out by using a dildo. Your body would adjust to the size, but, generally, it goes back to the same size as it started out with. And, if you're REALLY worried about "stretching", practice your Kegel exercises.
