Members square Posted August 8, 2009 Members Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 That torsion one is serious -- can lose the nut. From what I understand, it usually hurts like hell and drops you to your knees, but not always. Torsion warrants a trip to the Emergency Room.When one of mine hurt, I let it go overnight and called the doc in the morning. They didn't bother setting an appointmtent time, just said "come right down."Fortunately in my case it was not torsion and did not seem to be terribly serious.
