I agree Tyger nothing like the great state of Maine, im originally from the coast of Maine , my family roots run deep in the bedrock of Maine ( Blue Hill ) I've set foot in almost every state in this great country except Alaska and Hawaii. I miss Maine during the spring summer and early fall but not in the winter , I used to go to Hampton beach all the time during the summer

I get along great with my neighbors we say hi in passing , one stayes to them selfs and 1 is a snow bird so when it gets cold they fly

After spending years in the military I try to stay some distance from people, my training is still well instilled in my head and if someone suddenly reached to grab me my instinct is to grab twist and if need be break bone, only those close to me can get away with it ,however im very aware of my surrounding at all times

Its been hot and cold here, days in the upper 60s low 70s dropping down to the 40s at night storms come towards us but get pushed north or south of us just giving us small rain showers. The joys of living close to the river, causes its own wind pattern. supposed to hit 100 here Saturday
