I posted about this same thing a while back. Mine hurt like everything before and during my cycles, which are getting more and more frequent the past few months. I finally started using a heating pad when they hurt really bad and it seems to help quite a bit. I also remove my bra when I am finished working for the day. Like you, I want nothing touching mine when they are sensitive. Sorry for your pain.

You could figure out a way to get comfortable on whichever knee is out of commission. Believe me, as a person who is confined to a chair, this can be tricky to figure out if we want to go different.

I have been where you are and it sucks at times. They are married yet not fulfilled and reach out to us. When things tend to get really heated they tend to back off. I am just getting off my menstural cycle and my nipples hurt so bad. They usually hurt during it for a while, but the pain goes away. I was in the shower and washing my chest and stomach and when the water hit my nipples it really hurt. They are staying hard too. Is there anything I can do for some relief?

Perhaps this is another topic altogether, but if a man is married why does he feel the need to look at or persue other women?? I know first hand from a negative experience back years ago that when a man says he's separated, most likely he's lying....ie: we're separated while she goes out to buy fried chicken! I met a man online and we became serious for a while because he told me he was in the process of divorcing. Little did I know and find out some time later he was and is still happily married.
