How exactly does it work? Does it just start giving you an erection after a certain amount of time or does it start working once foreplay has started? I read online that they could vary between $30-$70 p/p. I'm asking because I just got my 50 mg Sildenafil and it cost me $3.75 for a bottle of 10 through my local CVS.
