Welcome to the club, where anything can happen... and boy, does it. One visit was enough for me, though -- I left early and I won’t be going back.

This film sounded like it was going to be a great one. “An important new film from Paul Thomas,” it claimed, with a cool sounding story line written on the back. Nothing in the loosely based story resembled what was written on the back jacket. And violins? Where did they come in, cuz I don’t know.

The first scene started out okay, leading you to the rest of the story. The guy wants to marry the girl, but all she wants him for is the hot sex, anywhere, anytime she can get it. He leaves all pissed off and she takes her roommate to the local club to cheer herself up. There are lots of other people involved in the story and they’re all somehow or another involved with the club... and sex, of course.

About two minutes into the second scene, I shut it off for the night, and not for any horny, kinky reasons. This scene was too close to forceable sex for my comfort. When I went back to the DVD another day, I watched the third scene. This was the best in my opinion, a FFF threesome in a public bathroom. But from there I’ll be honest and say that I fast forwarded through the rest, and that was only because I needed the information to do a review. There was a second brutal scene, this one even called rape by the cop characters, where a girl is fucked and beaten bloody.

IF those things don’t bother you, here’s a bit more info on the movie. The women are all skinny, with shaven pussies and small chests. There are FFF threesomes, MMF threesomes, foursomes, toys used, anal, and some bondage. There is a loose story line and extras on a second disc.

Be careful where you go, and always bring a friend.

The cover reminds me of another "regular" movie cover.....I just can't think of the name of it. Street Car Named Desire comes to mind, but, again, I'm not sure.

Very upfront & honest review. I don't care for even the fakest of forced sex scenes in an adult film.

Sex and Violins:

Now after I read Valnytn’s recent review for this title I felt bad for sending out such a violent title. She did comment that she fast forwarded through some parts. (Which I totally understand I do watch some porn’o flicks all the way through but then there are also times that I get bored, the people in the scene don’t interest me… I mean there are many reasons, point being I don’t blame her for doing it.) But I must rebut her review for this title.

Now I don’t see the need to re-review the title, because most of her information was right on, the film is based around a nightclub, there are so many characters that I found it difficult to follow who really ‘mattered’ and who was just one of those random bodies in the movie. The scene that she first turned off did seem forceful; but in the films defense the seemed to be the theme of the scene the girl would ‘allow’ him to pleasure her but she definitely would squirm and writhe as if she didn’t want him to be doing it to her, and as for the male in the scene he was defiantly more forceful than most.

As for the cop scene, the girl was pulled over by the two cops and in order to get out of being arrested she flirts with the two cops and has sex with them. (As far as I could see there was no force in this scene) The only part of the movie that left any of the characters bloody was one of the final ones, after having sex the male character leaves the woman asleep in a hotel room, after he leaves you see 4 men going in to the room, and the next that you see of her yes she does appear to have been roughed up; but you don’t see any of the physical attack.

Now don’t get me wrong, I value Valnyty’s opinion of the film; but when I read what she wrote I was concerned about the content of the movies that we were putting on the site, so I just wanted to see for myself what really went on in the movie.

So yes, this movie had its moments of being forceful so if you’re sensitive to that please be advised. All in all my opinion of this film was that it was pretty good, like Valnytn said the girls were all fit, shaven and had pretty ‘natural’ looking breasts. And other than the scene that portrayed the forceful sex; the film had some pretty good scenes. It had a variety of scenes, with a variety of people and yes there were even some toys used. All I can really say is that I liked the film, some may not, but give it a chance, there were a lot of different sex scenes to tickle anyone's fancy. If at first you don't like a scene skip it, every scene seemed to have a little something different.

I'm glad you watched it like we talked about via PMs, Emily. I honestly did want someone else who would watch it through to give their opinion of it. Everyone has their tastes; this just wasn't mine. Thank you for posting yours, though. :)

I just wanted to clarify that the scene you mentioned, where the two cops pull the woman over and they have a threesome, that wasn't the second brutal scene I meant. The second brutal scene I meant was the other part you mentioned, where you see the bloody girl being tended to by the paramedic. The cop I mentioned wasn't in uniform. You don't see if her partner was the one who roughed her up before he left (you're left to guess whether she's asleep or unconscious when he leaves) or if it was the group of men who snuck in afterward. Our interpretation of it was the worse scenario. Again, interpretation... each of us is going to have our own.

Anyway, I'm glad you were able to watch it and post your thoughts about it. I TRIED to keep in mind that some people might like this film, but I had a hard time posting much positive about it. Thanks again! :)

Valntyn, thank you for your review. While I regret that you didn't enjoy the movie you watched and it wans't good for you, your review was helpful. I actually think the films sounds interesting to me.

You're very welcome, texasowl! Thanks for the kind words! :) I try to keep in mind when writing a review that everyone's tastes are different. Sometimes it's harder than others to put that through, but I try to give a fair, honest go at it.

I'm glad this thread was helpful to you and I hope you enjoy the show! :)

Sort of a random comment...

We used to say "violins" instead of "violence" a lot of times in various contexts (humorous and not). I saw this title and just assumed it was a play on Sex and Violence.

Ah ha! Nope, not random at all, Elizabeth_T!! Makes good sense, actually. :) Thanks for the comment!
