Advanced Toys for Great Sex is purely an educational DVD. I is presented in as an informal discussion. The three key educators are Dr. Laura Buckley (a licensed clinical psychologist and AASECT- certified sex therapist), Anne Winters (a journalist on human sexuality and sex toys), and Alicia and Ian Denchasy (founders of a couple-oriented web business). The film categorizes the toys by usage, then explains each category and gives a small demonstration of its potential for the viewer. They categories covered are usage of; vibrators, dildos, anal toys for him and for her, enhancement of lubrication, sexual furniture, sexual devices (ie-machines), reaching orgasm with toys through masturbation and together with your partner, and figuring out what’s right for you. It also offers a complete menu of in depth topics from A-Z to read and learn about. The questions covered concern what you watched and many other topics are not covered. If that isn’t enough there is a bonus feature on fantasy, thats pretty good. The viewer has four languages to choose from.

This film is done very well. It legitimizes sex toy usage and the role it can play in a loving relationship as well as self-loving. The DVD recognizes some sexual practices that have been long seen as taboo or kinky (anal sex for both sexes) and validates them while disposing of preconceived ideas and theories. This is a great film for anybody looking to expand themselves sexually, or if they’re unsure as to how to choose a toy, and what to do once they have it. I give this DVD a 5 out of 5 hearts.
